That hotel was in a good location, near 3 restaurants within walking distance. Got reasonably large and functional room for a second armchair when arrived, appreciated that.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the double glazing provided a quiet environment. The hotel offered free wi-fi that actually worked. The location of the hotel was ideal, being only yards away from the train station, making it easy to explore the area by train.

The breakfast finished quite early at 10.00, and the staff stopped putting out fresh cooked food quite early as well.

Very happy two nights in splendid hotel. Facilities very good, food excellent, Staff very helpful. Car Park very good, not easy to find, but superb when you do finf it.

Novotel offered a convenient location right next to the train station and close to shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to easily obtain an iron for my use. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection, including hot choices. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the reception personnel were pleasant and helpful. The hotel also provided convenient parking directly underneath. Additionally, it was a relatively short walk to the old town, where there were many small restaurants to choose from.

Beds were extremely hard.

Huge & perfect unit with free wireless internet access. Incredibly comfortable location, not too far away from a Roman Catholic church. And just next door to Chenonceau beautiful castle, vegetarian/Indian food restaurants and center of Tours which leads to the issue of unloading luggage.

Great location, next to the train station with out the train noise. Walking distance to city centre and all the shops. Great breakfast. Helpful staff who speak english.

All in all everything was good, had a really lovely stay for a night. The rooms were functional and airy with huge tv in great location. Central location of this typical business hotel was a bonus.
